Day 2 — Healing of the soul

Reading

Saint Raphael was sent to heal both body and soul. In the book of Tobit he not only restored Tobit's sight but also freed Sarah from the demon that tormented her. So too can he heal our interior wounds, free us from spiritual bonds, and restore peace to our hearts.

Prayer of the Day

Saint Raphael, medicine of God, intercede for me that you may heal the wounds of my soul. Free me from every spiritual bond and restore to me the peace that only you can give. Amen.

Final Prayer (for all days)

Saint Raphael, one of the seven glorious spirits who stand before the throne of him who lives and reigns, Angel of healing, the Lord has filled your hand with balm from heaven to soothe and cure our pains. Heal those afflicted by illness and guide our steps when we doubt our way. Amen.
